Making A Purchase
Browse the bookshop, and click on the Add to Basket button. After you have finished your selection, click on View Basket. Aye-Aye Books uses CubeCart shopping software, which means you have to register to make your purchase. The check out process involves a few more clicks than we would like, but but if enter your details where appropriate and keep clicking 'continue' it won't take long!

Payment

We currently offer three payment options:

Credit or debit card payment processed via Nochex (UK only at present)

PayPal -  credit or debit card payment or pay with a PayPal account;

Print order form - this allows you to print out your order and send us a cheque, but it is also the option to click if you would like to pay by bank transfer - our bank details are there and we will receive your order.

Delivery

Aye-Aye Books can send books to any valid address in the world. We aim to send out orders within 3 days, but if you order on the days the shop is open there's a good chance we'll get it in the post the same day.

Title to the goods will pass to you on payment in full. Risk will pass to you on delivery.

 

Customs and International Orders
We will supply customs forms for all international orders, which list the value, contents and description of items contained in the package.

Customs Duties

The customer must pay any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches an international destination.

Returns Policy In cases of goods that are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied please return the goods to Aye-Aye Books within 30 days of receipt. We recommend that you use registered post or recorded delivery to return goods to us. Aye-Aye Books will refund postage costs incurred in returning faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods. Aye-Aye Books  shall use reasonable efforts to replace damaged or defective goods but if replacement is not possible, or if an order is canceled for any other reason under these Terms, Aye-Aye Books' only obligation is to refund the full amount paid by you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Privacy Policy: Aye-Aye Books will not ask for or keep information about customers, unless agreed by both parties, other than is necessary to:

Process refunds

Aye-Aye Books does not disclose buyers' information to third parties.

We may collect statistical data from the website which could include information on the use of Aye-Aye Books website by customers. This information will not be used to identify customers or link it to customers' information that has already been disclosed to us.
